Virtual Information Sessions & In-Person Visit Opportunities

We offer several opportunities for you to get to know our program better and see if it is the right fit for your career goals.  At our virtual and in person Information Sessions, you'll have a chance to meet Dr. G. Reyes, our Interim Ed.D. Co-Director, faculty, current students and/or alumni. In-Person Fall Visit Day

Come to Visit Day to observe two classes, EDLD 745  Quantitative Inquiry and EDLD 780 Dissertation Research for Social Justice and Equity. Afterwards, we'll host a brief Information Session where you'll have a chance to hear from alumni and/or current students, Interim Ed.D. Co-Director Dr. G. Reyes, and Academic Coordinator Debbie Woods. We'll provide an overview of the program and walk you through the application process. We look forward to meeting you!

Meet our Interim Ed.D. Co-Director, Dr. G. Reyes, and observe EDLD 730 Community Advocacy, Outreach & Organizing. Course description: Examine the role of community organizing and action for fostering school change. Study efforts to engage in community collaboration, learn strategies for community advocacy, outreach, and grassroots organizing, and take part in a research project with a community organization.
