About Us

Facilities Development & Operations (FD&O) is responsible for planning, designing, constructing, maintaining, and operating campus facilities. FD&O has about 130  employees, including student assistants, and an annual operating budget of over $11 million. We are responsible for two campuses, with over 2.1 million square feet of space on approximately 748 acres. The department is responsible for several capital projects with budgets ranging from less than $100,000 to about $50M or more.
