All stateside undergraduate students are provided academic advising through their college or program.
Graduate, extension, and credential students receive advising directly through their programs. Visit your program’s website to find advisor contact information and connect.
Pre-admission advising is available through the Office of Student Outreach for prospective students exploring their options. Visit their website for more information. -
You can schedule an advising appointment through Bay Advisor. Log in to Bay Advisor and select Schedule an Appointment to choose the advisor, appointment type, and time that works best for you. Appointments may be in person, virtual, by phone, or offered as drop-ins - making it easy to stay connected.

You should meet with your academic advisor at least once each term and anytime you have questions about your academic progress. Advising helps you plan your path, prepare for registration, and stay on track toward graduation.
