Update Contact Info

Graduates of Cal State East Bay are a tremendous network of over 140,000 alumni, globally. You can update your contact information, communication preferences, and be sure you stay connected to your alma mater through Pioneer Connection!

Log in Pioneer Connection
  1. In the section for New Users, enter your email address that we sent this email to and click Submit to begin the account setup process.
  2. You will receive an email containing your username and a link to set a new password.
  3. Click the link in the email labeled “Set A New Password.”
  4. You will be redirected to a password reset page, enter your username provided in the email and specify your new password.
  5. Once your password is set, return to Pioneer Connection and log in as a returning user!
  6. Once logged in, you can update your contact info, modify your communication preferences, and express your interests in types campus news.

Trouble Logging In?
If you’re unable to set a new password, please email advancement@csueastbay.edu with the following details:
  • Your full name.
  • Graduation year and major (if applicable).
  • NetID (if available and applicable).
  • Any previous email addresses we may have on file.
  • The new email address you’d like added to your profile.

NETID Recovery

For accessing your old MYCSUEB account or online tools with the Career Empowerment Center you may need your netid and login info from when you were a student.
