Taking Time for Yourself is about consciously setting time aside to engage in things that take care of your overall mental health and wellness. It’s also about taking part in managing stress, self-care strategies, community care and activities that bring you joy. On Campus Resources

Need to talk to a professional about deep thoughts and feelings? Student Health and Counseling Services (SHCS) is a fully accredited outpatient clinic staffed by Board Certified Physicians, licensed Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, and Counselors. Counseling offers individual counseling, group counseling, and couple’s counseling. Counselors have also created Self-Help Videos on various topics. For more information, visit the Counseling page.
