Best of Bay Area Photography was organized by Scott Hopkins, associate professor of art at California State University, East Bay, and our guest juror and curator was Deborah Klochko, director of the Museum of Photographic Arts in San Diego. Klochko is nationally recognized in the world of photography, with more than 25 years of experience as a museum educator, director and curator.
