The Women in Leadership (WIL) Fellowship is a transformative program designed to empower and equip college students with the skills, knowledge, and network to become influential leaders in their chosen fields. - Participation in the Mentor's Table: As a WIL Fellow, you'll also have the opportunity to engage with experienced senior executives through our Mentor's Table initiative. This additional avenue for mentorship and networking is a powerful complement to your fellowship experience.
