Policies

  • Patrons must present their Bay Card to the Agent in the GameRoom to use any GameZone services.
  • All services are reserved for a maximum of 30 minutes. An Agent will alert you when it is your last game.
  • Patrons may reserve any service 5 minutes before the conclusion of the previous reservation.
  • Patrons are fully responsible for the timely return, and condition of, the equipment they checked out.
  • Food must not be consumed inside the GameRoom and GameCave. Drinks are allowed but must be kept in a resealable container.
  • Please do not touch our Screens/Consoles/Game Disks. An Agent will set it up and take it down for you .
  • Please do not lean against the glass wall or on the billiards tables.
  • Do NOT attempt jump shots on the billiards tables.
  • Please be aware of your surroundings and respect gamers around you. Swearing, obscenities, and excessive shouting will not be tolerated. If you are disruptive you will be asked to leave.
  • GameZone is not responsible for your personal belongings. We report all our lost and found items to the University Police Department.
  • We reserve the right to eject patrons from the GameRoom and GameCave if they fail to comply with GameZone rules.
