GradFest is a celebration of your accomplishments and serves as a one-stop opportunity for commencement information, cap and gown, graduate paraphernalia, and much more as you prepare for your commencement ceremony and life after college.

While at GradFest you will be able to:

  • Receive information about your graduation ceremony
  • Purchase your cap and gown
  • Take a free cap and gown portrait
  • Purchase graduation announcements, class rings, diploma frames and other graduation-related items.
  • Pick up Commencement Parking Permits

Dates

Hayward Campus

GradFest will be held on the following dates in the New University Union, Multipurpose Room:

Tuesday, March 19 
Wednesday, March 20 
Thursday, March 21
New UU MPR | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Concord Center

GradFest will be held in the Bookstore, outside the Union and in the Redwood Room on:

Tuesday, March 12
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

We strongly encourage you to attend this special event. GradFest will be your one-stop for all your graduation needs. If you are not able to attend GradFest, you will still be able to purchase regalia at the bookstore and receive parking permits directly from the Parking department.
