Faculty and Staff
As a member of the faculty or staff at Cal State East Bay, you invest your time and talent in our students every day. And few understand better than those in our Pioneer family how our students need extra support to help reach their dreams. Faculty and staff contribute in meaningful ways, including:
Gowns for Grads
In 2020, the university launched a new Faculty/Staff Giving Campaign, Gowns for Grads. Our $5,000 annual goal will provide a cap, gown and tassel to over 100 students. Not every student who wants to participate in the graduation ceremony has the ability to pay for regalia, and for just a little over $4 a month (for one year), you can make their memorable graduation day even more special.
Easily support students or your favorite programs across campus with a monthly contribution from your paycheck.
Support your favorite programs several times throughout the year—during Giving Tuesday, through the envelope in your copy of East Bay Magazine, a direct appeal by email or mail, or simply by making a gift online through our secured online form.
A family member or friend's company might make your gift twice as nice! Many companies match their employees’ charitable contributions on a dollar-for-dollar or more basis. Check today to see if your their employer matches your gift to Cal State East Bay.
Leaving a Legacy
Faculty and staff can make a planned or estate gift, designating the program of their choice and making an impact on students and the campus long past their lifetime.
Corporate and Foundation Support
Many faculty and staff hold volunteer positions on boards for organizations whose missions align with Cal State East Bay. Your influence with the organization can connect important resources to university initiatives.
