Open Houses about the Graduate Program are held on selected evenings, typically September through November. Led by the Graduate Coordinator, these information sessions last approximately one hour and include an opportunity to ask questions. Our Open House opportunities are expected to be posted in August.
Facilities Tours are held on selected Fridays at 10:00 a.m., typically August through January. The tour has room for 6 participants, lasts about 30 minutes, and is followed by a question and answer session. They begin in room MB1099 (Music Building). Because of current Alameda County COVID infection rates, the department is currently sharing the Virtual Tour that was created for our accreditation site visit; we appreciate your grace in this effort. The transcript of the tour is available HERE. If you also wish to attend a walking (currently virtual) campus tour, please call the Hayward campus Welcome Center at (510) 885-2556.
