College of Science

Attention Students, Faculty, and Staff

All College of Science employees who visit campus are required to complete the following form each time they come to campus.

All employees are encouraged to continue to work remotely. You do not need to request permission if you need to come to campus, although staff and students should be in communication with their supervisor about their daily work location.

Most buildings on campus will continue to be locked and will require an approved Bay Card to enter. If you need to set up your Bay Card to access the exterior building doors, please contact Andy Dobbin.
