To get started, submit a Welcome Meeting Request Form. Our Front Office Coordinator will reach out to you to schedule a meeting with one of our Accessibility Counselors. You may also call us at 510-885-3868 or visit us in person to do so.
We encourage you to reach out early, but support is available anytime—even during the admissions process. Please note: accommodations are not retroactive, and faculty are not obligated to put accommodations in place prior to you being approved for them through our office.
No documentation is required to schedule, but relevant records (e.g., medical documentation, IEP, 504 Plan) can be helpful during the meeting.
