AS Portal Login

The AS Portal is used by students who have accommodations through Accessibility Services. Once accommodations have been established, they can be requested using Cal State East Bay’s MyCompass website. Below are the steps for how this is done:

  1. Log in to MyCompass using your NetID and password.

  2. At the top of the page, click on the “AS Portal” tab, immediately to the right of the “Home” tab.

  3. Click on the “Accommodation Notification Form” button at the top of the page (not sure how to state this so it makes sense for mobile devices)

  4. When the form opens in a new tab:

    1. Select the relevant term from the drop down menu

    2. Select "yes" in the next field

    3. Select one of your courses from the drop down menu

    4. Select the accommodation you would like request for that course

    5. If there is another accommodation you would like to request, click on “add another accommodation”

  5. Once you click on “submit” at the bottom of the form, the instructor will receive an email from your accessibility counselor verifying the selected accommodation(s). And, when needed, Accessibility Services will begin to process coordinated accommodations.
