Reporting On-Campus Inaccessibility

If you encounter something on a CSU East Bay Campus that you feel is inaccessible (physically, access to course or university materials, etc.), please let us know by completing the Report of On-Campus Inaccessibility. 

You may fill out the report by clicking on the button below (to be redirected to the Service Center) or by searching for “Report on On-Campus Inaccessibility” the Service Desk.

You can also email your report directly to Accessibility Services (as@csueastbay.edu) using the  Word | PDF version of the form.

Examples of On-Campus Inaccessibility include, but are not limited to:

  • Elevator outages
  • Door openers not working
  • Obstructions on ramps or curb cuts
  • Lack of curb cut
  • Inaccessible websites or online course materials
  • Non-captioned videos
  • Faculty/staff not providing accommodations approved by Accessibility Services
  • Adverse attitudes regarding disability or people with disabilities
