SCAA Schedules - Fall 2023

Students can make a one-on-one tutoring appointment through BayAdvisor. SCAA Subject Tutors are available for appointments throughout the week during the following timeframes:

  • Mondays - Thursdays: 10am-7pm (5-7pm online appointments only)
  • Fridays: 10am-2pm (online appointments only)
  • Sundays: 11am-4pm (online appointments only)


If available appointments in BayAdvisor do not match your availability, we encourage you to consider our SCAAlar Appointments Program.

Students can make a one-on-one tutoring appointment through BayAdvisor. SCAA Writing Tutors are available for appointments throughout the week during the following timeframes:

Students can drop-in to the SCAA without an appointment to meet with a Writing Tutor throughout the week. Writing Tutors are available for drop-in support during the following timeframes:

  • In-person Mondays - Thursdays: 10am-5pm (CORE Building, Room 343)
  • Virtual (Zoom) Mondays - Thursdays: 10am-5pm (https://csueb.zoom.us/my/csuebscaa)

Students can make a one-on-one coaching appointment through BayAdvisor. SCAA Peer Academic Coaches are available for appointments throughout the week during the following timeframes:

  • Mondays - Thursdays: 9am-5pm

Students can drop-in to the SCAA (CORE Building, Room 343) without an appointment to meet with a PAC for help with time management, planning, prioritization, communication, and navigation of campus resources. PACs are available for drop-in support during the following timeframes:

  • Mondays: 9am-11am
  • Tuesdays: 3pm-5pm
  • Wednesdays: 2pm-4pm
  • Thursdays: 3pm-5pm

For writing support, you also have the option to submit your paper to the Online Writing Lab (OWL) to receive tutor feedback via email within 72 hours.

For after-hours/weekend tutoring support, you can access eTutoring through the SCAA, as well.
