The Customer Service Student Assistant position (2026-2027 Academic Year) directly supports the University Housing and Residence Life Office, under the direct supervision of the Office Coordinator. The position is responsible for supporting the main functions of the Lassen Housing Office and El Dorado Hall Mailroom.
(The CSA role is not a live-in position, and does not provide housing or meal plan.)
Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must be enrolled as a full time student of CSU East Bay for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Candidate must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 units for undergraduates and 8 units for graduate students.
Candidate must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 at time of offer and throughout the term of appointment.
Candidate must be in good judicial and financial standing with University Housing and Residence Life and California State University East Bay.
Candidate must have regular availability during the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Monday - Friday) and 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM (Saturday - Sunday).
Candidates must be eligible to work with in the US and have the ability to provide required documentation for an I-9 employment confirmation.
