The Resident Assistant(RA) role is a student leadership position for undergraduate/graduate students interested in working with residents on campus to foster community, provide leadership, and be a positive role model in their residence hall. RA's responsibilities include hosting community builders, policy enforcement, crisis and emergency response, and cultivating an engaging environment.
