Face coverings now required aboard public transportation
Effective April 22, 2020, all passengers are required to wear face coverings aboard the University Shuttles and all other public transportation entities in Alameda County. For more details please click HERE.
AC Transit Service Updates
AC Transit resumes fare collection on Monday, October 19
The installation of sanitizer dispensers and protective shields is set to be completed by Friday, October 16. Following these upgrades, fare collection and front-door boarding resume on Monday, October 19, 2020.

Service Update: Modified Schedule Effective Tuesday, March 31
Beginning March 31, 2020 AC Transit will begin operating a modified service schedule in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Although similar to the existing Sunday service, arrival times will differ from it. The frequency of Line 60 will change to every 40 minutes rather than 20 minutes.
