Recreation and Wellness Center (RAW) Membership

Memberships can be purchased online via your Fusion Portal. Memberships are available to current CSUEB students, faculty, staff. Membership includes access to the Recreation and Wellness Center and the ability to register for programs and services offered. All members are required to use their BayCard to enter the facility. Please see below to find the membership option that is right for you. Please also explore our Policies and Procedures to familiarize yourself with expectations of members and other eligibility requirements (age, attire, etc.). 

The following memberships have been paused for the time being; Non-Matriculating Students, Community, Alumni, Day Pass/Sponsored Guest.

Currently Enrolled Students

No additional membership fee is required for Cal State East Bay students currently enrolled in one or more academic classes and having paid the "UU Rec Fee" listed as a part of their tuition fees. 
Note: University employees enrolled in courses via fee waiver are not eligible for the student membership option and are required to purchase a staff/faculty membership.

Post Bac/ALP/Cert. Program/Open University

Cal State East Bay students currently enrolled in academic classes and NOT paying the "UU Rec Fee" as a part of their tuition fees can purchase a membership online via their RAW Portal. This membership type serves those enrolled in the American Language Program, Open University, Post-Baccalaureate degrees and Certificate Programs.

Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable and membership fees cannot be prorated at the time of purchase.


Please visit the Parking and Alternative Transportation Services website for up to date information. Permits are required Monday-Thursday from 7 am to 11 pm and on Friday from 7 am to 5 pm in all designated spaces. Members and visitors can purchase hourly and daily parking permits ($2/hour, $10/day) at the top of Harder Road next to the information kiosk. These permits are valid in any lots designated as "General Parking," including Lot D, which is adjacent to the RAW Center. Additional "General Parking" can be found in Lots C, F, and G. Please review the Campus Map which outlines all parking lots on campus.
