The Intramural Sports program is designed to offer a wide variety of recreational sports and activities to the diverse Cal State East Bay campus community. Participants are encouraged to build relationships, hone skills, and stay active while partaking in fun and friendly competition regardless of skill level. Sports offered include basketball, volleyball, flag football, outdoor soccer, futsal, badminton, dodgeball, table tennis, bubbleball, and more! Registration for league sports typically starts on the first day of the semester with the first games scheduled 2-3 weeks later. Leagues are offered in one of two formats, either 6 weeks or 4 weeks, with 1-2 weeks of playoffs following the regular season.
Building off of the past four years, participation in intramural sports is FREE again for RAW members! Be sure to register your team before the registration period closes to secure your slot.
Intramural Sports uses an online league management tool called Fusion IM. To register to participate in an intramural sport or event, RAW members must log in to their Fusion IM Portal with their netid. Participants can then add themselves to an existing team, create a team, or register as a free agent.
All participants will need to be reflected on an online roster order to play. The process to create a team or add yourself to a team is simple, does not require an additional account registration, and only takes a few moments. Please familiarize yourself with our Registration Process for help.
