Group Fitness Programs

Summer semester group fitness classes will commence at the RAW on Tuesday, May 31.  

RAW members who are interested in participating in group fitness classes are able to register and reserve a space via their online RAW Portal or RAW Member App. Scroll down to see class days, and times. 

Body Sculpt
When: Tuesdays, from 11:30a - 12:15p

Yoga

When: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 12:30p -1:15p 

Strength and Conditioning: "Better, Faster, Stronger"

When: Wednesdays, 11:30a - 12:15p 

Zumba

When: Mondays and Thursdays 5:15p - 6:15p
