Group Fitness Programs

Fall semester group fitness classes will take place at the RAW from Tuesday, Aug 22 - Thursday, Dec 14. Join Suleima during early access weekend for two sneak preview classes on Thursday Aug 17 from 12-1p and Monday Aug 21 from 4:30p-5:30p. 

RAW members who are interested in participating in group fitness classes are able to register and reserve a space via their online RAW Portal or RAW Member App. Scroll down to see class days, and times. 

Mondays and Thursdays @ 6:30p - 7:30p 
Tuesdays @ 12:15p - 1:15p

Class Description
Zumba® is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music. 

"When students take my class, my goal for them is to feel energized by staying active through dance. Seeing students having fun while dancing reminds me that being active can be easy and fun because everyone's danced before. My playlist consists of various genres of music such as: cumbia, merengue, reggaeton, salsa and so much more. Come join our Zumba® Fitness Party!" - Suleima M., RAW Zumba Instructor
