Returning Student Registration

Welcome Back! Thinking about continuing your education at Cal State East Bay? You’re not alone. Many students are looking to re-start their education to finish their degree and refresh their existing skills and credentials or gain new ones in this changing environment. The action you take to register depends on when you last attended:

Students who have attended in the last two semesters (not counting summer)

Students who attended in the last two semesters are still eligible to enroll and will receive a registration appointment in MyCSUEB. Simply visit MyCSUEB to view the class schedule and register for classes, plus all the important dates are online. Don’t forget to check for holds on your “To Do” list that might block registration.

Students who last attended more than two semesters and left in good standing

Students who last attended more than two semesters ago can re-apply for admission using a short application process by emailing returningstudents@csueastbay.edu.  Please make sure to include your full name and Net ID.  The good news is that you do not have to pay another application fee, if qualified!

FEES

When you have completed registration, your fees will be billed to your financial account in MyCSUEB. You don’t have to pay right away, the deadlines for payment are listed on the  important dates website. For more information about when and how to pay fees, visit the Student Financial Services website.

ADVISING

If you're not sure what classes to take, we strongly recommend that you seek academic advising from your department advisors. If you don't know who your advisor is, please write whoismyadvisor@csueastbay.edu
