Students who are interested in on-campus housing will need to pay a non-refundable $40 application fee, $500 initial payment and complete the online contract in order to participate in the room selection process for the upcoming academic year. The $500 initial payment must be paid in full in order to complete your housing request. You are able to pay in person through the Cashier’s Office, but it may result in a delay in completion of your contract. Keep in mind that credit card payments will incur an additional 2.9% nonrefundable service charge. Spring applications will be available beginning in February.
Summer applications will be available beginning in May.
Room Selection is not available for Summer. Your room assignment will be communicated to you via email with specific days and times for check-in and check-out.
Residents will be consolidated to pre-designated buildings for the Summer; no exceptions.
For current residents, the $40 application fee will be waived for those who have applied for Fall.
Licensees will be able to participate in the Room Selection process as long as space is available.
Spaces are reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis until full.
Licensees will be put on the paid wait list once all spaces are full.
Licensees with a confirmed space and want to cancel their reservation must submit the Request to Cancel Form prior to July and will be charged $100 Cancellation fee. Licensees who have a confirmed space and submit the Request to Cancel Form after July may be charged an additional 30 days rent and pro-rated housing charges. Please see our Cancellation Policy.
