Micromobility Registration Process
Micromobility is best identified as motorized scooters and electric bicycles. Please refer to Housing Conduct Policy, section 6.3 to learn more about policies on “Bicycles, Skateboards, Scooters, Hoverboards, and Rollerblades.”
Based on SB712, tenants will be able to apply for exemptions for storage and charge of personal micro mobility devices meeting the following certification. To be approved, residents must submit the following registration form prior to their storage at on-campus housing.
- UL 2849 or EN 15194 certification standards for e-bikes,
- UL 2272 or EN 17128 certification standards for e-scooters
