Cal State East Bay faculty and staff live throughout the East Bay region and beyond. B Street Apartments: In the heart of downtown Hayward, newly renovated apartments bring history and modern amenities to life. Now leasing studio and 1-bedroom apartments.
Cadence Apartments: Hayward’s newest apartment homes are conveniently located close to BART with an easy commute to campus.
University Village: University Village offers newly remodeled and beautifully designed one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Homes are located one block away from the university

Home Buying Assistance Program
Cal State East Bay has partnered with Landed, a company dedicated to helping working professionals achieve their dreams of homeownership.
Landed’s Shared Equity Down Payment Program is designed to help homebuyers reach at least a 20% down payment in shared equity investment. Landed also has a network of agents and lenders, as well as free home-buying resources and guidance.
This is a voluntary benefits program available to CSU employees. Financing terms are developed between the employee and Landing and CSU makes no representation as to the terms.
