As an employee at Cal State East Bay, you have the opportunity to participate in a variety of benefit programs. Voluntary programs include health, dental, vision life, disability, long term care, personal insurance, savings bonds, tax sheltered annuities, fee waivers for Cal State East Bay classes and many others. You will also participate in one of two retirement plans. Our goal is to provide you with a robust selection of benefits to meet your personal needs in dealing with work/life issues.
