University Diversity Officer Search

Cal State East Bay seeks a University Diversity Officer toserves as the university’s principal administrative advisor and integrating partner responsible for identifying evidence-based opportunities to define, assess and promote diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism, consistent with university priorities. The university has engaged the search firm AGB Search to assist with this recruitment and search process.

Four finalists have been selected to be interviewed for the position of University Diversity Office at Cal State East Bay. Each finalist will visit the Hayward campus to meet university constituencies. 

The candidates’ itineraries are being finalized and each visit will include a virtual open forum for the university community to meet the candidates and participate in a question and answer period. Additional information, including Zoom links, will be shared as soon as times are confirmed.
