Zagster- Bike Sharing

Zagster has made the difficult decision to pause all bike sharing programs, effective March 27th

California State University East Bay's Parking & Alternative Transportation Services has introduced Zagster to the Hayward campus. Zagster provides CSUEB students, faculty and staff with a convenient and eco-friendly way to get around campus whether it's running errands, riding inner campus to classes or the dining commons.

Number of bikes and Locations on Campus

There are a total of twelve Zagster bikes on campus. Six of them are located in front of the RAW (Recreation Wellness Center) and the other six are located in University Village off of Carlos Bee Blvd.



Rides shorter than 2 hours are FREE

  • then pay $2/hour
  • up to $10/ride
